【摘要】:Applicabletoproductshavingcontentsofequaltoormorethan0.05%(m/m)(withflameatomicabsorption)or0.1%(m/m)(withfotometricabsorption).Coverstheformationofacomplexbetweenbiuretandcopper(II)sulphateinalkalinemedium.Fixationofthiscomplexonananionexchangeresin.ElutionofCufirstwithapotassiumnitratesolutionandthenwithanitricacidsolution.Flameatomicabsorption:aspirationofthesolutionintoanacetylene-airflameandmeasurementoftheabsorptionofthe325-nmlineemittedbyacopperhollow-cathodelamp;orbyphotometricabsorption:formationofacolouredcomplexbetweenCuandzincdibenzyldithiocarbamate,extractionwithcarbontetrachlorideandmeasurementatawavelengthofabout435nm.HasalsobeenapprovedbytheIUPAC.
