【摘要】:statedinIECGuide104:1997,ISO/IECGuide51:1999andISO/IECGuide7:1994.Thisstandardappliestostationarypackaged,self-containedfuelcellpowersystemsorfuelcellpowersystemscomprisedoffactorymatchedpackagesofintegratedsystemswhichgenerateelectricitythroughelectrochemicalreactions.Thisstandardappliesto:–systemsintendedforelectricalconnectiontomainsdirect,orwithatransferswitch,ortoastand-alonepowerdistributionsystem;–systemsintendedtoprovidea.c.ord.c.power;–systemswithorwithouttheabilitytorecoverusefulheat;–systemsintendedforoperationonthefollowinginputfuels:a)naturalgasandothermethanerichgasesderivedfromrenewable(biomass)orfossilfuelsources,forexample,landfillgas,digestergas,coalminegas;b)fuelsderivedfromoilrefining,forexample,diesel,gasoline,kerosene,liquefiedpetroleumgasessuchaspropaneandbutane;c)alcohols,esters,ethers,aldehydes,ketones,Fischer-Tropschliquidsandothersuitablehydrogen-richorganiccompoundsderivedfromrenewable(biomass)orfossilfuelsources,forexample,methanol,ethanol,di-methylether,biodiesel;d)hydrogen,gaseousmixturescontaininghydrogengas,forexample,synthesisgas,towngas.Thisstandarddoesnotcover–portablefuelcellpowersystems;–propulsionfuelcellpowersystems.Thisstandardisapplicabletostationaryfuelcellpowersystemsintendedforindoorandoutdoorcommercial,industrialandresidentialuseinnon-hazardous(unclassified)areas.Thisstandardcontemplatesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandevents,withtheexceptionofthoseassociatedwithenvironmentalcompatibility(installationconditions),relevanttofuelcellpowersystems,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Thisstandarddealswithconditionsthatcanyieldhazardsontheonehandtopersonsandontheothertodamageoutsidethefuelcellsystemonly.Protectionagainstdamagetothefuelcellsysteminternalsisnotaddressedinthisstandard,provideditdoesnotleadtohazardsoutsidethefuelcellsystem.Therequirementsofthisstandardarenotintendedtoconstraininnovation.Whenconsideringfuels,materials,designsorconstructionsnotspecificallydealtwithinthisstandard,thesealternativesshallbeevaluatedastotheirabilitytoyieldlevelsofsafetyandperformanceequivalenttothoseprescribedbythisstandard.
