【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportcontainsaformalisedmodelbasedonthehuman-centredprocessesdescribedinISO13407,Human-centreddesignprocessesforinteractivesystems.Itshouldbeusedinthespecification,assessmentandimprovementofthehuman-centredprocessesinsystemdevelopmentandoperation.NOTE1ThewordformalisedisusedintheprecedingparagraphtomeanthattheprocessdescriptionsinthisdocumentfollowtheformatspecifiedinISO/IECTR15504,Informationtechnology—Softwareprocessassessment.Itshouldnotbereadasaclaimthatthemodelhasanymathematicalbasisorrigour.NOTE2ThedifferenceincoverageofthemodelandISO13407isindicatedintherelevantprocesses(HCD1clause6.2andHCD7Clause6.8).ThescopeofthemodelisbasedonthatforISO13407whichhasasitsscope'guidanceonhuman-centreddesignactivitiesthroughoutthelifecycleofinteractivecomputer-basedsystems.'However,whilsttheintendedaudienceforISO13407isgivenas'thosemanagingthedesignprocess'thisTechnicalReportisintendedasguidanceforthosewhoareinvolvedinthedesign,useandassessmentoflifecycleprocessesforsystem,hardwareandsoftware.ReadersofthisTechnicalReportareexpectedtobefamiliarwithISO13407.NOTE3Copyrightreleasefortheprocessdescriptions:UsersofthisTechnicalReportmayfreelyreproducetheprocessandworkproductdescriptionscontainedinthisdocumentaspartofanyAssessmentModelbasedonthesedescriptions,oraspartofanydemonstrationofcompatibilitywiththedescribedprocesses,sothatthedescriptionscanbeusedfortheirintendedpurpose.
