【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovers(1)inorganicfiber-reinforcedorganicfeltunderlaymentand(2)inorganicfiber-basedfeltforuseasunderlaymentwithsteep-sloperoofingproducts.Theintentofthisspecificationistoprovidecriteriaforproducingandevaluatingunderlaymentswithasignificantlyreducedtendencytowrinklebeforeoraftertheinstallationofsteeproofingproducts.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section8,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
